AVstackr Bootcamp

Two to three days. Your real workflow. A blueprint for fitting AVstackr to it.

Available to AVstackr subscribers only. You must have an account before requesting a Bootcamp. New here? Start a trial.

Most AV software is built from the outside in. A vendor decides what the platform should be, ships it, and hopes your workflow bends to fit. AVstackr is built the other way. The platform's job is to run the parts every AV business does — projects, rooms, equipment, schematics, proposals, invoices. The Bootcamp's job is to find the parts that are yours alone, and shape AVstackr around them.

What happens.

Your team walks us through how you actually work today. The RFPs you respond to. The design packages you produce. The proposals you send. The standards you've built. We run that same work through AVstackr, side by side, and mark the gaps — what fits, what almost fits, what would need to be built or integrated to fit.

What you walk away with.

A written blueprint of what a custom AVstackr deployment would look like for your team — workflow changes, output templates, integrations, automations. And a fixed-fee proposal for the build.

Who qualifies.

In-house AV and UCC teams. Consultants producing design packages for multiple clients. Integrators with their own existing workflow, ERP, or CRM stack. A decision-maker in the room. A clear use case — RFP automation, design-package generation, proposal workflow, or integration with the systems you already run.

What it costs.

Nothing, for teams that qualify. It's our investment in understanding your business before either of us commits to a build. Smaller engagements outside that profile run as paid scoping work instead.

01

Build.

Once you approve the blueprint, we build what was scoped. Workflow customization. Output templates. Integrations to the systems you already use — AutoCAD, Visio, your ERP, your CRM, your document store. Automations that fire on triggers specific to your operation. Fixed-fee for clear scopes, time-and-materials for exploratory work. The blueprint decides which.

02

Onboarding.

When the build ships, we train your team on it — live, with your own data in front of them, not a sandbox. Your subscription starts here. Pricing scales to user count and platform usage, sized during the Bootcamp.

03

Partnership.

You won't outgrow the engagement at launch. New workflows surface, new integrations come up, the business changes. We stay engaged on a quarterly cadence — review what's working, scope what's next. Each new build is its own paid engagement.

The Bootcamp is free for teams that qualify. The build that follows is paid — fixed-fee when the scope is clear, time-and-materials when it isn't. Once it ships, the build rolls into your existing AVstackr subscription.

Platform improvements stay free. New manufacturers, regional pricing, additional languages, multi-currency — things every AV business needs — land in the platform as part of your subscription, not as paid work.

We don't do free build work, open-ended pilots, or unscoped quotes. The Bootcamp exists so both sides know what's being built before work begins.

This is for you if you:

  • Run an in-house AV or UCC team and produce documentation other teams have to act on.
  • Consult on AV design and ship packages to multiple clients.
  • Integrate AV systems and have your own workflow, ERP, or CRM you don't want to abandon.
  • Know which workflow you'd want AVstackr to fit — RFPs, design packages, proposals, or a specific integration.

It isn't for you if you:

  • Want a finished product that solves your workflow with no shaping.
  • Need a custom replacement for AVstackr's core engine — we extend it, we don't fork it.
  • Want AVstackr to mirror another platform you've already invested in. If your current tool fits, stay there.

Open a support ticket request from your AVstackr account. The subject should be "Bootcamp". Tell us what you produce today — RFPs, design packages, proposals, schematics — and we'll setup a time to scope the Bootcamp.

Subscribers only. You must have an account before requesting a Bootcamp. New to AVstackr? Start a trial then create a support ticket request.
