AI consulting for AV integrators

AI systems built around your business.
Scoped, built and run by the engineer who builds AVstackr.

I take one process that costs your team hours every week, write down how it really works, build an AI system around it, and run that system for you.

The challenge

Your team already uses AI. Your business doesn't.

  • The same data, typed three times.

Scope emails, the design tool, the quote and accounting each get a copy of the job, entered by hand.

  • The rules live in one person's head.

The exceptions that make a job profitable are known by a senior engineer or PM and written down nowhere.

  • AI with no record.

Staff paste work into chat tools one at a time. Nobody can see what the AI decided or why.

61% of integrators already use AI chat tools, but only 33% use them regularly. Source: CE Pro

What I build

One process at a time. Examples, not a menu.

  • Example

Drafting a BOM and quote from a scope email.

  • Example

    Triaging service tickets.

  • Example

Following up purchase orders and deliveries.

  • Example

Capturing change orders from the field.

  • Example

    Assembling closeout documentation.

Each system reads what your business already holds, drafts or decides inside rules you set, and acts in your design tool, PSA, accounting, email and calendar.

How it works

  1. 01

    Map.

I sit with the people who do the work and record the process, including its exceptions.

  2. 02

    Scope.

I list the systems it touches, the data it reads, and who approves what.

  3. 03

    Written blueprint.

You receive a written blueprint in 2–4 weeks. It is yours to act on, or to hand to another firm.

  4. 04

    Build and pilot.

I build on your existing tools. The system runs in parallel with your team, with approvals, before it takes over.

  5. 05

    Operate.

AVstackr runs the system after go-live and adjusts it as your business changes, for a monthly fee.

Who it's for

AV integrators. Owner-run to multi-branch.

  • Owner-run integrators with one process that consumes many hours.

  • Multi-branch integrators that need approvals and an audit trail.

  • Integrators whose end clients are regulated: finance, healthcare, government.

  • Operations and IT leads who need it to fit the stack they already run.

Why AVstackr

A generic AI consultancy vs. an engineer who builds AI for AV.

A generic AI consultancy

  • Learns what a BOM, a submittal and a change order are on your time
  • Hands over a strategy deck
  • Leaves when the project ends

AVstackr

  • Already builds AI software for AV integrators
  • Hands over a written blueprint and a working system
  • Stays and operates it

Proof

AVstackr runs on this.

  • AVstackr is the AI platform for AV integrators that I build and run. Its MCP server exposes 260+ tools that AI agents call to build quotes, drawings and proposals. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the standard interface that lets an AI agent call an application's functions.

  • AVstackr's agents act through typed tools, and the calls that make its decisions return JSON that matches a fixed schema.

FAQ

Questions

Is this AVstackr software?

No. It is an engineering engagement. I build a system for your business, and AVstackr runs it after go-live.

Do we need an AVstackr subscription?

No. The engagement stands alone. AVstackr is optional.

Which tools does it work with?

The ones you already use. I map the connections during scoping.

Who owns the data and the blueprint?

You do. The blueprint is yours to act on or hand to another firm.

What happens after go-live?

AVstackr operates the system under the approvals you set and adjusts it as your process changes.

How is it priced?

Scoping and the written blueprint come first. The build is quoted from the blueprint. Operation after go-live is a monthly fee. AVstackr does not publish numbers because every process is different.
